Excellent service! While the people in the administrative building next door were downright rude, the people I dealt with here were friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out some things to do with fire safety before my husband and I sold our house. Be careful not to walk into the building next door and ask how to get to this department because they won't tell you!
DO NOT WRECK IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY. PERIOD! ALREADY, 3 OF 4 OFFICERS I ENCOUNTERED ARE FROM THE ACADEMY'S BOTTOM OF THE BARREL!! I got rear ended & a nice lady officer witnessed it, her colleagues who showed & got her statement, then REFUSED my ADAMANT request-turned-pleas to ride with my daughter in the ambulance, I had to pull down & across 6 lanes into a vacant parking lot while the officers pow-wowed ***NEVER TOOK A STATEMENT FROM ME! JUST GOT MY LICENSE & RETURNED IT! THAT'S THE FULL EXTENT!*** feels like they just WANTED to make me send my daughter in an ambulance without me...simply BECAUSE THEY CAN! They never gave me their names, their agency/station, rank/title, explanation of what happens, what to expect, what I need to do for my copy, business card or so much as "DAMN! SUCKS YOUR SO FAR FROM HOME!" One officer said "You can go" in the middle of their "bonding time" like they were in mid-sentence & remembered "Oh! We didn't tell her we're done." They were NOT open for questions! NOW approaching 1 year since & seeing my daughter's hospital bill is coming to me, TRUE TO FORM I get a NASTY CPL. MATTOCKS cutting me off after only 2 words & AGAIN, NOT AN ILLUSION OF AN ATTEMPT to help get me the info for so much as WHICH LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY CAME TO THE SCENE! SHE HUNG UP WHEN I SAID "YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M ASKING FOR.." YEP! I'M SEEING A CLEAR PATTERN!
